That is not the point. If the State wants to all of a sudden outlaw your business they need to be compensated. This is not the first time this has ever happened and I would sue the state for damages.

***if we agree that women must always have that choice...there is no cause to get upset or want justice, if a parent kills their 6 month old child...right? Maybe the parents didnt realize how a newborn baby would impact their lives? Why take the mothers choice away after birth? Especially if its the womans first child, logically she should be given a grace period? IF people want woman to have the choice before birth, its not sensible to want that right taken away at some point either?

I think basically what the 'pro choicers' stand is...they want women to have the ability to make a choice, (but ONLY for a very brief period of time). LOL
Children n babies die everyday from the hand of a parent and a whole lot from the boyfriend. Those children usually suffer unspeakable pain, better they were not born. If children are forced to be born - where they are not wanted, this is their likely outcome.

Studies reveal that more than 900,000 infants in the United States were abused or neglected in a year.

Not one said Roe was settled law. They specifically refused to answer on Roe directly knowing cases might come before them. (The Ginsburg Rule) The discussed precedents and "super" precedents, but refused to classify Roe.

In 2020 it was not clear the president was going to be replaced and the government was not divided.

You appear to not know what the Biden Rule is. Biden said, “divided Government” (presidencey & Senate of different parties) reflected an absence of a “nationwide consensus” on constitutional philosophy. “Action on a Supreme Court nomination must be put off until after the election campaign is over".

In the case of 2020, the fact that the Republicans had both the presidency and the Senate reflected that the people had made their choice clear.

Lacie Wooten-Holway, a teacher, who works at a private school - Grace Episcopal Day School grades pre-K to 5 is a neighbor of Kavanaugh protesting outside of his house. Obviously, her beliefs don't jive with the teachings of the church. Wonder what else she is teaching her students.

That’s kind of a racist attack against the state with the highest black population in the country.

Abortion is a serious issue and I believe that women should retain the Right to decide.

No laws have changed with this. Only federal oversight, and the fact that Democrats can't use the cover of the Supreme Court to enforce their preference. They may actually have to take a real position and vote on record if they want a real federal abortion law.
Except plenty of people who are pro-choice aren't Democrats.
