Not sure what you all are in such a rush about. Once the counteroffensive gets underway, there is going to be so much sadness. Why rush it?
The longer the Ukrainians wait, the better prepared they will be. More weapons flowing in. More chances to blow up fuel refineries, Russian barracks, weapons depots... More time to identify and neutralized air defense, ...
Who knows? Russians may have a change of heart along the way.

Before posting something like this, you ever looked into how well Russia is prepared for an offense? And working on it? satellite images are a plenty. You do know that in positional warfare, ATTACKING side has losses 10 to 1 for the defending side? That nothing really changed since the WW1 in positional warfare principles? Ukraine has 10 to 1 manpower to go through another meat grinder? Old F-16s, if any, will bomb everything into powder? Handful of newer tanks from conservation, that will get stuck in Ukrainian mud and without on site repair base will just fly through the dragon teeth and mine fields, while Russian air defense etc is sleeping, drinking and fornicating?

Yeah, yeah, yeah, we keep hearing that too. That was supposed to happen last year, then it was supposed to happen this year, now it will happen next year. When Western support for Ukraine runs out, and it will happen at some point, Ukraine will already be out of money.
