Obama and Clinton were 2 term presidents and did not lose all 3 branches of government unlike trump
Obama lost the house (1 sided in 2010) Senate (2014) and couldn't hold the W.H. blue in 2016
Clinton lost the governor's race then as President lost the house and Senate (1 sided in 1994) and couldn't keep the WH blue in 2000.
Pelosi won speaker in 2006 and lost it in 2010. She won it again in 2018 and will lose it again now after 4 years.
Nixon won VP Twice, lost by a hair in 1960, lost the governorship of CA in 1962 and came back to win it all in 1968.
Reagan won CA, then lost the primary in 1976 and won in 1980.
To say Trump is out because 1 close election it's silly when the GOP are about to take over the house and senate and he is money favorite to win in 2024.

Obama used the word "fight" 9 times in 1 speech and that's just 1. Shummer said in a front of angry protesters: ""You have unleashed the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won't know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions."
All he has to say was that he used it under political terms not violent and any judge would throw it out of court if it gets there. Free Speech and context means everything.
The government needs intent and corroboration that the President intended for the crowd to attack congress or promise them of rewards if they did what he wanted them to do.

That's your opinion. The J6 Committee has a different opinion. Maybe the DOJ does as well. We shall see.
