Apparently there were pictures of him kicking down barricades at the riot according to the statement of facts from the link below. Eventually these people will realize how foolish the acted and ended being the scape goats.

It's also noted the FBI was tipped off on the pictures on January 19, 2021 so this is a delayed arrest they had this information for awhile now.
