First and foremost ..... political parties do not arrest people.

That is the job of the Justice Department .... one of the three branches of government that provide checks and balances to the constitution. The DOJ has to operate according to the laws of the Constitution which is enforced by the Supreme Court. The same court which, by the way, is conservative biased.

Stop the lies.

100% correct.

It's not exactly on the level of David Copperfield making the Statue of Liberty disappear in terms of deception but it works well enough on its intended audience.

It's also noted the FBI was tipped off on the pictures on January 19, 2021 so this is a delayed arrest they had this information for awhile now.
From the "Statement of Facts" (facts, lol)

Quote:
At such time, the certification proceedings were still underway and the exterior doors and windows of the U.S. Capitol were locked or otherwise secured. Members of the U.S. Capitol Police attempted to maintain order and keep the crowd from entering the Capitol...
There is video evidence showing the cops waving the crowd into the gates and onto the "restricted grounds" of the capitol building.

There is video evidence showing the cops allowing the crowd to walk through the unlocked and open exterior door of the "restricted" capitol building and into the "restricted" building.

Seems in both videos it's showing the cops were setting the crowd up to become trespassers.

Your media is lying to you by just mentioning "building" and not "grounds". No where in the Statement of Facts, that was linked to above, does it state that he'd entered the building. Nowhere. They mentioned that he'd trespassed on the grounds and they never mentioned that he'd entered the building.

Take it up with the prosecutor. That’s what he’s being charged with.

Well, if you're right, that charge will be a slam-dunk for the defense.

The facts are he's being charged with being in the building.

If a cop tells you to commit murder, that does not exonerate you from committing murder. It just makes the cop complicit in your crime.

How many more times does this have to be explained?

Stop the lies.
You desperately need to be red-pilled and see how partisan the DOJ and FBI have become.

Why do you insist on lying? Show in that Statement of Facts where they mentioned he went into the building?

Quote:
Based on the foregoing, your affiant submits that there is probable cause to believe that KELLEY violated 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1), (2) and (4), which makes it a crime to (1) knowingly enter or remain in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority to do; (2) knowingly, and with intent to impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions, engage in disorderly or disruptive conduct in, or within such proximity to, any restricted building or grounds when, or so that, such conduct, in fact, impedes or disrupts the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions or attempts or conspires to do so; and (4) knowingly engage in any act of physical violence against any person or property in any restricted building or grounds. For purposes of Section 1752 of Title 18, a “restricted building” includes a posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area of a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service, including the Vice President, is or will be temporarily visiting; or any building or grounds so restricted in conjunction with an event designated as a special event of national significance.
