The entire GOP field for governor is right now in total disarray, with the GOP primaries scheduled for August 2, 2022. Check out the Wikipedia page, where you'll find that only 5 Republicans are in the running, while 7 failed to qualify for the primary ballot (5 of them due to forged signatures on their petitions for the office of Michigan Governor).

Misdemeanor trespassing and disorderly conduct. Clearly a rational use of limited federal law enforcement resources, what with spending a year and a half building a case against someone who never even went inside the building.
Oh yeah, and definitely the sort of charges that merit a search warrant of the accused's home. Happens all the time in trespassing and disorderly conduct cases.

Not quite.
Criminal trespass; willful violence against people or property; damage to people or property.

So he’s getting arrested for kicking down a barrier and trespassing. This doesn’t disturb you Clara? It should.
