It disturbs me he wasn't arrested long before this.
I think every single person who entered the Capitol through the HeaveHo doors, and did any damage whatsoever should all be arrested, and Trump should have been tried for treason.
Most of us know what we saw. And we're going to see a lot more, that we haven't seen yet even, tonight and in the following airings of the hearings.
Interesting how many of you seem outraged someone not even inside, simply protesting from outdoors, would be arrested but do the same thing in front of a Supreme Court justice's home and you're ready to get the noose out. Sad.
The saddest thing is, this will give this guy "cool points" with his bunch.
So much for the party of law and order.
Were the BLM rioters who committed arson, looted stores, attacked cops & motorists, murdered a few dozen people, and caused $2 billion in damages -- the costliest riots in world history -- aren't they the "cool guys" on the left side of the political spectrum?
I'll take a bunch of yayhoos who committed petty vandalism and trespassing at the Capitol over the worst that your side of the political spectrum has to offer any day of the week.
What the leftist and BLM rioters did in the summer of 2020 was far worse by many orders of magnitude over what a couple hundred hicks did on Jan. 6 2021 when they trespassed on Capitol grounds.
2020 BLM riots = Over $2 Billion in damages, 25 dead.
Jan 6. riot = $1.5 Million in damage, 4 dead (3 from medical issues: heart attack, etc).

Did you even read your own linked article? He is guilty of harming a barrier. Nowhere does it say he went inside. That is a misdemeanor.
A bunch of unarmed protesters staging a coup, how exactly does that work?
If they were armed with machine guns & hand grenades then you would have a valid point.
A coup would be pretty bad.
But trying to burn down U.S. cities is even worse, imho.
So the FBI has so little crime to worry about they spent a year and a half to investigate a guy, just to arrest him for four Misdomeaner charges.
Don't be shocked if the Government doesn't offer him any sort of plea deal, and I am sure that they will time his trial to get maximum effect for the Primary scheduled in August.
Isn't ironic how most of the time those who are arrested belong to the self-proclaimed "Law and Order" party?
Trump and his corrupt children must be $h!tting their pants.
I wonder if the FBI is waiting for the orange clown to announce his candidacy to arrest him, that is probably why he hasn't officially announced he is running.
The reason he hasn't announced is that all donations that come to him after he throws his hat into the ring have to be accounted for. Anything anyone sends him in response to one of his teaser emails goes directly into his pocket.
Trump will never run again, but he will take the money, thank you.
