Meaning that if you're gonna use "both sides" to trivialize BLM and ANTIFA, then we can use the Gunn Murder and the very very recent threat against the would-be marshal of the Friendswood, TX parade to trivialize violence against the "pro-life" side. Funny how that works !

Anencephaly happens if the upper part of the neural tube does not close all the way. This often results in a baby being born without the front part of the brain (forebrain) and the thinking and coordinating part of the brain (cerebrum). The remaining parts of the brain are often not covered by bone or skin.
That only covers higher-functioning cognition. It doesn't address the ability to feel agony and pain (emotional or physical). Lack of higher-functioning cognitive skills ("intelligence" in the usual sense) is not the most relevant factor. The ability to experience pain and agony is, IMO. Granted, even this is relevant only to the extent that that life doesn't deliberately set out to non-defensively hurt, harm or degrade others. But even in the anencephaly case, intelligence as I just spoke of doesn't rule out ability to feel agony/pain as I described. So your objection still fails to convince me.

Well, actually, it's not really all that funny. It's like cancer. And most of the left are infected with it. Hypocrisy Cancer--a very aggressive form of cancer that affects the mind like mad cow disease and ultimately leaves the victim unable to think rationally and to support various self-defeating and self-harming causes and conclusions.
This was 60 years ago, and the entitled brats exercising the current "protests" have f*** all in common with that.
