Here's the statue that appears to be pertinent to the FBI raid:
18 U.S. Code § 2071 - Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally
Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^This. They confiscated and destroyed these documents...or they didn't...if the FBI took possession of those documents during this raid.....Game over. It's that simple people. And remember they had to convince a judge to issue this warrant. This is not complicated.
Think of the stakes here....think of how high of bar needed to be met. This is unprecedented.
I understand. I wait to see the evidence, since I can't predict what will be or was found until that's disclosed. My crystal ball is just a snow globe.
When DeSantis and/or Trump crushes this fool in 2024, they need to throw his 80 year old demented ass in jail and make sure he dies in prison where he belongs. He should share a cell block with Merrick Garland, Chuck Schumer, and Nancy Pelosi.
Biden is just a puppet. They all are. More than likely it's very wealthy people at the top, people you don't even know about, that are the ones making these commands. They are mad that Trump beat them in 2016 and they are going to try and make an example of him when other powerful people think they can challenge them. The last people to do this were the Kennedy's.
Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump are true, patriotic Americans. In stark contrast to their disgusting detractors.
Every decent American whether liberal, moderate, or conservative, needs to wake up and stand up against the tyranny of today's Marxist (Democrat) Party. They want a banana republic, and they have it as long as the are in power.
Less than 100 days to the midterms. It's not enough to vote, we need to drag every decent family member, friend, and acquaintance to the polls to throw these tyrants out of office.
You have to assume that there must be a high potential to produce some kind of damning evidence.
As someone on CNN pointed out, if this turns out to be another goose egg -- this 'raid' will propel Trump's run for the primary and to win the candidacy as it will be perceived his is the victim.
The idea this raid was done to 'hurt' Republicans in the primary assume that the FBI thinks that there are no negative outcomes if they do all this and there is n incriminating evidence.
I don't know kids.
Lots of scenarios, what ifs.
