I hope they do unseal 100%. But that is not what your like says.

Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart seems to be thinking seriously about keeping the entire Trump affidavit sealed. One reason he gave that USG did not: It includes details abt Mar-a-Lago, which is protected by Secret Service.

Extremely misleading because you left this out:

Reinhart said he has given the Justice Department an "opportunity to propose redaction," something he granted last week, giving the government a deadline of Thursday, Aug. 25 at noon.

Is it possible that he'll reject any redactions? Highly unlikely.

You can repeat nonsense until the end of time, but it will still be nonsense. And you can use cutesy made up phrases like “automagically” but it only reveals your childlike immaturity. The reality is, it doesn’t matter what you THINK the process should be, or what problems you THINk this Presidential authority creates. That power exists with the President of the United States, and no one else. Therefore, based purely on common sense conclusion, if the President is the only person with the authority to unilaterally declassify information, there is no one else with higher authority to overrule his decision. That’s the beginning and the ending of the conversation. It matters not what you think, or that you agree with it .. that’s how it is.

Typically, when presidents exercise that authority, they issue an order to what ever government entity is in possession of such information to be declassified, allowing them the opportunity to review the information and submit arguments when they believe such declassification poses a national security threat. But that should not be confused with the President asking permission, because he needs no one else’s permission, and no one else has the authority to deny or refuse the order. Get that through your head.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgZkueq9Osk

In this case, which was reported way back in 2018 by MSNBC (no ally to Trump) clearly reported Trump ordering declassification, and the resistance being given to do so. Now pay close attention to what is reported here, and the biased slant, and the insinuations that there was 4 different judges approving the warrants to spy on Trump, and how the reporter and shifty Schiff is crying foul. The fact is, what the reporter doesn’t mention, because it wasn’t revealed at the time (because it was “classified”) was the fact that the FBI falsely and illegally presented to the FISA COURT an altered communication between the CIA and FBI which the CIA acknowledged Carter Paige as a CIA intelligence operative collecting information from Russian agents, and reporting back to the CIA. The FBI altered that document to indicate that Paige was NOT working for the CIA, and therefore his contacts with the Russian agents were suspected to be on behalf of Trump, which obviously was the exact opposite of the truth.

Furthermore, I’d draw your attention to the fact that it is admitted by this hostile MSNBC report that Trump indeed has the authority to declassify “anything he wants to”, and his order to declassify that information had the “intelligence community scrambling”.

Well, of course they were scrambling, and likely shyting themselves too, because that “classified” information would prove their criminal conduct in THEIR involvement in attempting to subvert the 2016 election, including their use of salacious and false information attained from Russian agents. In other words, they were the ones colluding with Russians to subvert the 2016 election, which is exactly what they falsely claimed Trump was doing, and they obviously didn’t want those documents to be seen by the public … so they tried to stonewall their release under the false pretext of “grave harm to national security”.

It’s like a suspected murderer wanting to keep his in-house video surveillance footage secret which shows whether or not he actually did murder his wife.

The other take away from this is the issue of “transparency”. Obviously, given Trump’s order to the intelligence community to declassify and release ALL information shows that he has no fear of what that information would reveal, because that’s not what people guilty of crimes would do. On the other hand, the intelligence agencies who are trying to keep this information secrete are doing exactly what you’d expect guilty parties to do … try to keep their crimes a secret.

Ok he has said two things.

1) there is a compelling public interest to release both the warrant and affidavit.

2) he has given the government the ability to PROPOSE redactions and justify it.

We know that the government will redact to black pages. The judge has indicated that will not be acceptable.

2nd Round goes to Trump.

Whatever DOJ and the Judge allow the Trump team will be able to challenge it as meaningless.

If The Judge releases Trump Wins and the mole is exposed if they exist.

And granted to other posters, the devil is in the details. Thanks for pointing that out.

October 6, 2020. While not yet banned from Twitter, Trump announced to everyone, his declassification order of all classified documents pertaining to the Russia investigation and Clinton’s email scandal.

Now, have we seen all those documents? Of course not. Why? Because the criminals who would be exposed by those documents have continued their criminality by refusing to comply with an official order by the President. This was ordered almost two years ago WHILE TRUMP WAS STILL THE PRESIDENT.

Keep in mind the Judge who signed the warrant now thinks the government must release the affidavit and warrant albeit in redacted from which renders the documents understandable e.g they cannot be confusing due to redactions. And, he has so ordered. Trump will win this as the judge has opened the door.

Keep in mind also that Trump is a political FORCE. 10 senators voted for impeachment. 8 were beaten in the election primary. The last 2 resigned. Most opinions in the beltway side with President Trump in this raid/search.

The last nail is Joe Biden's performance. Crime allowed and not punished. Cities turning into open ward prisons, the border flooded with who knows who and the economy is tatters.

My nickel is on Trump. Add a VP from Florida and the United States and he will be unstoppable.

Guess who he will fire first.,

The democrap libs are going to try and keep this sealed for as long as possible, or for at least past the midterms. Because once it's been unsealed, the world will see the type of chit sandwich this raid really was.

And if they dust the documents seized in the raid they're going to find Hillary's fingerprints all over them. Just like they did on the documents during the white water scandal.

The media asked the FBI to release the search warrant after the raid and there were claims that Trump's lawyer didn't have a copy. His lawyer did in fact have a copy and could have released it at any time.

he is milking this for all the money he can. I doubt there will be much in the redacted affidavit and he will continue to claim it's a coverup until it runs it's course.
