Let us not forget that Mr. Trump's legal team has until 8 p.m. tonight to respond to the brief filed last night (a short time period; probably why the DOJ waited until the last second to file), and then both parties are due in Judge Cannon's court on Thursday for oral arguments. I would not be surprised if Judge Cannon allowed Mr. Trump an extra day to respond, and thus hold the hearing on Friday.

imagine being dumb enough to believe that having TS documents behind a pad locked door is more egregious than TS documents on an unsecured server on the Internet for our foreign enemies to access.

The other "secure" location where top secret documents were found was in Trump's desk drawer in his home office.
I also think it likely that the FBI will seek warrants to search Mr. Trump's penthouse in New York City, and his country club in New Jersey. Curious that they haven't so far.
