Sure, because before Trump, there wasn't a Tea Party movement - it never happened.

And before that, there was never a Reform Party movement - also never happened.

Bushes (pick one), McCain, Romney, and the rest of the open borders, free trade globalists kept us in decades-long foreign wars with an ever-declining standard of living for the working class, so who would want to go back to Trump-ism?

I blame every elected official and state education authority. Campaigns work by pushing personality, which is what needs to be done for all offices, including President. It's hard to work off emotion when being honest about the framework of the election. The President is elected by the States, not the People. The People simply tell their states how they would like the votes to be allotted. The federal government is an agreement with the States, not the people who live in them.
