Agreed. Especially in light of the fact that the head of Cowboys For Trump was just tossed out of his county job in New Mexico for participating in an insurrection and violating the 14th Amendment.
If the prosecutor in this case had been likewise inclined, he might have been tried for Seditious Conspiracy, which is 20 years.

As a former government employee, if I, or anyone reading this, kept classified documents on an unsecured server, we'd be at the minimum indicted. Most likely pressured to that a plea deal and spend some time in prison. That is unless a former NY state senator reads these forums.
