Any that engaged in a conspiracy to overtake the Capitol by force deserve everything they can be convicted of, and commensurate sentences.
Look to the proud boys. Joshua Pruitt was sentenced to 55 months. Charles Donahue made a plea agreement and is cooperating with the on going investigation. He is high up in the operation. Louis Enrique Colon He also pleaded guilty and admits there was cooperation and coordination in the capital attack. When you're facing 20 years, you cop a plea and roll. Brian Ulrich of the Oath Keepers pleaded guilty to wait for it.... seditious conspiracy and has agreed to cooperate with the government. On the fringe was Joshua James who helped organize riots with the Proud Boys. He also pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy, and is also cooperating. Oath Keeper Stuart Rhodes is facing some serious time and also charged with Seditious Conspiracy. Tarrio of the Proud Boys and 4 others charged with seditious conspiracy.

apnews: Seditious conspiracy: 11 Oath Keepers charged in Jan 6 riot.

You know how this works. They get you to plea and flip for lighter sentences. They want the big fish.

Steven Miller and Brian Jack have been subpoenaed by the Jan 6th committee. So the saga continues, and moving up the food chain continues.

They know who planned this attack. They just need the proper witnesses to testify, and yep. Lock them all up.

This is all leading back to Trump and his inner circle. I suspect Roger Stone was the man behind the riot idea Trump knew about it. They are closing in on Trump January 6th Riot, fake electors, diverting PAC money to personal accounts, stolen classified documents. Trump and lot of others will be arrested right after the mid-term is over. It will be a Christmas gift to the country to finally see some justice. The question is will Biden Pardon or commute Trumps sentence.
