Men can get pregnant, or haven't you heard?

The vast majority of people believe that except to save the mother's life, abortion should not be legal up til birth.

But generally, Democrat politicians will not say that out loud.

Do you believe that late term abortions (except to save the mother's life) should be legal?

The argument was, "full-term abortions, mere days before a fetus would be born, are done" (for convenience). That's called: birth.

For sake of this discussion, let's say 22 weeks.

Do you believe abortions should be legal (except to save the life of the mother) after 22 weeks?

Still waiting on the previous poster to answer my question.

Third trimester up until birth.

Pretty simple.

Here's the procedure, copied and pasted off the website of a "clinic" that performs third trimester (AKA late term) abortions. In case you were wondering (I added the asterisks to explain what is meant by the soothing and euphemistic language used):

Four-day Outpatient Procedure
First day: preoperative care. Fetal demise is induced*
Second day: fetal demise is confirmed, and a single laminaria is placed in the cervix.**
Third day: The laminaria is removed, and multiple laminaria are placed in the dilated cervix under local anesthesia.**
Fourth day: procedure***

* baby's heart is injected with a drug that kills it
** make sure baby is dead, and prepare the cervix for an actual labor and delivery
*** Women delivers dead baby

4 days.

This is why the "she needs an immediate abortion or she'll die" myth is crap. No, she needs lifesaving care and a c-section.

They can do a c-section in 1 hour.

You don't need to. The government does. In fact they invented that word.

I think the GOP wants to peddle the only one guy story after Senator Graham's wretched proposal. They fervently desire that women will forget the numerous Republican state legislatures and current GOP candidates who have been at the forefront of a very vocal and well documented effort to deny women personal agency and intrude on our most intimate health-care decisions.

Are we supposed to forget which party has consigned pregnant women and their families to physical and mental suffering? Are we supposed to forget that Republican leaders in red state after red state have cruelly enacted laws and imposed other measures that threaten the health and life of mothers? Are we supposed to forget the Republicans who desire to restrict a woman's right to travel for healthcare, have stated their intent to criminalize women’s health freedom and arrest doctors for providing basic care?

Truth be told, women and the men who care about them, absolutely know it isn't only one guy, but rather only one political party that is trying to make women second class citizens in America. Why do we voters understand this? Because that very party, the GOP, has shown us and told us so.

So you advocate killing a baby in utero instead of the baby dying after birth?

Why do you continue to float this idea that there are no Republican women or no pro-choice women?

But coming from the side who's current leader said "you ain't black" if you don't for for him, I understand the mind set.
