There is no proof that is what happened it's all hearsay yet you felt the need to repeat it. LULAC, a Civil Rights group and Newsom were involved? All biased and advocates for so-called "migrants". Dems are not getting any votes out of illegal migrants. They can't vote and their anchor babies in 10 to 25 years from now are not going to care about the politics of today.
