The three days a week I have to commute round trip 3-4 hours into the office, I'm not using that time productively. I work at *least* what would be my commute when I work from home. When I was 100% WFM (in a different job), myself and most of my colleagues worked far more because we didn't have hours of unproductive time in the car weighing us down or a hard stop of folks leaving the office.
If your job is 100% on a computer, what difference is it where you work? Slackers can slack just as much in the office.
Even Trump launched his own social media platform.

No they can’t. Kind of hard to claim you “didn’t see the email, meeting, teleconference, working group, etc.” when you’re supposed to be in the office.
“Ya, I was f*ed over by my employer and I took it! You should too!”
“Please master, can I have some more abuse?”
They should follow the example set by the employees of Mina's Cafe, who stuck to their employers, who were an LGBTQ POC couple who fostered a safe space for LGBTQ POC. The employees were fed up with being treated "badly" and demanded to be made owners.

You clearly have never worked in a real office nor remote worked.
Wrong on both counts.
I'm not looking over my reports' shoulders while we're in the office working off of the same laptops we work from at home to monitor their email. Their location has no bearing on if they miss an email. Nor does it have bearing on if we miss a meeting. If anything, hopping from one Zoom meeting to another facilitates *more* meetings (for better or for worse) compared to having to leave 10-15 minutes to run between buildings when you're back to back.
Your beliefs about office culture kind of read like someone who's only seen it on TV.
Doesn’t matter so long as the pay is good and the working conditions are humane. I can care less about some cringe corpo- made inclusive PR. Because that’s all that is. And it’s not about staring a business it’s about holding employers feet to the fire.
That's EXACTLY what the Mina's Cafe employees did!! You MUST already know this story!!
They held their feet to the fire, negotiated as hard as they could, and the employers AGREED to all their demands to be made owners of the business!
Teeny problem: One of the owners mommy's owned the building. Mommy said hell-to-the-no to that idiotic demand, closed the cafe, and sold her building.
Oh to be an idiotic employee, thinking your 6 months of Social Justice experience entitles you to take over someone else's business.
If any employee thinks that they are treated unfairly they can find another job or start their own business. They have options.
