I don't think Democrats hate beauty or intelligence or competence. Indivdual Democrats usually seek it out for themselves.
Democrats are just pawns in a culture war to destroy American society.
Promoting trans life, homosexuality, drug addiction, fatherless families, teen illigitimacy, abortion, political correctness, illegal immigration, gun control, no cash bail, atheism, porn, and a large list of other damaging and dangerous behavior to destroy American society is straight out of the Communist Manifesto. Somebody is using their playbook to destroy the moral and social fabric of all of the Western nations. This isn't accident, but by design.
Whoever is pushing these depraved and dangerous ways to destroy our society is doing a terrific job of it. American society continues to collapse at an ever increasing pace. People will say I am nuts, but it takes a long time and a lot of work to implode a very moral, well knit society.
How is the way I live my life dangerous to you? Or anyone else? Most of the time I'm gaming. I also spend time with friends, and going to church and the occasional event around town.
Well, in theory.........but one should have the mental framework to handle defeat or loss when things don't go to plan. A and B.
A: Remember Star Trek: TNG "Peak Performance"? "It is possible to make no mistakes and still lose. That is not a weakness. That is life." Just lines from a fictional show but still can apply.
B: I learned my or learned my best "Sometimes, the Dragon Wins" lesson in an exercise where a town is being held hostage by a special weapon. Long story short, despite all we did, it looked like in the end we would have to give the crooks what they wanted and let them escape. Afterwards, of course, I imagine it might be the US version of Israel, post Munich, either by us or backed by us.
So the thing is that when you don't win, for whatever reason, you don't let it stop you. Right or wrong, one thing holds true..............life isn't fair. It may not be right that the Greater person won but ..........
Always the exception that proves the rule. Pathetic comment.
This is like saying, "well we had bums in the 1970s" vs. miles of open air drug markets with violent, mentally-ill homeless in front of endless rows of tents crowding urban sidewalks in every city in America today.

Just pathetic.
For every progressive ideology, I've noted that the argument 'we did that in the past' or 'that existed in the past' is always trotted out as a reason to continue doing the behavior. No matter what the behavior. Same argument.
For a group that wants to move forward, they are ALWAYS looking backward. They sure love the past, and love to bring it up, more than conservatives do. And use comparisons that are irrelevant, apples to oranges, similar to hey anyone can buy a house! Houses are $12,500 ... in 1950. But people can really afford them today because they have always bought houses.
The well, Milton Berle wore a dress.... and did he twerk half naked in front of 5 year olds to R-rated music inappropriate for kids while wearing fake breasts and fake nipples and a codpiece? Nope. Not even a close comparison.
It's like collective amnesia or oppositional critical thinking disorder.
Doubtful. And in this case, these young ladies, all of which are much better looking (remember this is a beauty pageant) lost a scholarship to this not very attractive guy. That is why people aren't happy. I get it, you deserve your rights, but your rights end when they stomp on another's. Maybe, it wouldn't be so bad, if Brian looked like Hunter Shafer, that definitely isn't the case though.
