Seems like you've eloquently called out DannyHobkins for spreading lies.

This is all for naught- He wont make it into the republican fold. Nor will he make it to Presidency-
Let him Lie all he wishes to his minions.

I love that he is sharing though- Every portion of the constitution where he finds loopholes-
The current legislative branch will sew it up! Be him or other scorched earthers care to run, it will be met with fair changes to deter any further harm.

Trump will never be president again. His aging bloated body, his brightly red face from screaming yelling and lying has put so much stress/pressure on his body that a heart attack is in his near future.
Plus the Republicans that are statesmen/women and not butt kissers will see he never represents the GOP and become president again. He's a washout a non person a disgrace to America.

Trump promises term limits on Congress

He can't impose term limits on Congress, the Constitution grants him no such power. Best he can do is to use the Bully Pulpit to try to harangue them into voting term limits upon themselves, and then he can sign it if/when their bill gets to his desk.

I can just see Congress voting for term limits upon themselves (snort).

Im guessing youre a Democrat. Just put it this way, Trumps approval rating within his own party is more than any politicans for either party in its recorded history. The only President who had more love and support by his people other than Trump is George Washington.

Maybe you should have listened to his speech.

As I said earlier, the amount of ignorance in this forum sometimes is astounding.

He was president for 4 years, and pretty much did only one thing that he said he was going to do, during his campaign full of promises. He nominated the conservative justices. Just like any Republican would have.

If he becomes president again, which is unlikely, he will not do any of the things he's campaigning on. There will be no magic "restoration of greatness", whatever that even means in the first place. He is completely made out of lies. He panders to people that he doesn't care about at all, like the religious. He lies constantly to his own supporters, who are dopes that apparently still believe nonsense stuff Trump says.

Anyway, any changes to term limits would need to come from constitutional amendment, via legislation. The president doesn't have that kind of authority.

Term limits will be a reality about the same time that pigs fly.
Trump is talking out the wrong end if he believes this is going to happen.

Biden just demanded an "assault weapon ban" after two of them were recently struck down as unconstitutional in a post-Bruen legal landscape. The rest will, too, one at a time as they're challenged.

Biden offered every college student dumb enough to believe him that he'd cover $10k of their debt - CLEARLY unconstitutional on its face. They bought it, anyway, and got ticked off when they didn't get it.

Natalie - politicians make promises they can't keep. ALL of them.

If you're just figuring that out, you're WAY, WAY behind.

A smart citizen knows that politicians do that, and separate the known rhetoric from promises with real potential. The more sheeplike citizens just call them liars.
