This was student's art, and its just flags. The school is for 4-6 graders, I dont think its inappropriate for a 6th grader, I was very much interested in sex in the 6th grade. I have seen content that was inappropriate I dont this is that at all.
I was playing with toys and riding bikes. This world is doomed
It was the mom that was offended. The kid probably didn’t even notice until the mom made a fuss. When the 7 year old asked, what it means because of her reaction, not because she herself was curious. Mom should of said it’s people who like everyone would of satisfied her curiosity.
Gross. Just gross. How are people defending this garbage
You don't understand the definition of sexualization.
Sexualization is tarting a young female child up in adult makeup and miniature sexy adult female attire and parading her in a toddlers/tiara's type beauty pageant.
Sounds a lot like a drag show for kids.

My guess is the vast majority of parents are not into forcing LGBTQ+ folks back into the closet even if it means they may have to have some conversations with their children that they previously did not need to have.
Schools should not be explaining to elementary kids about polysexual, pansexual, etc. It’s highly inappropriate.
The real question is why were these posters made by children and hung in the halls of an elementary school? Focus.
Easy.
The NJ State Board of Education requires students be taught about gender, gender expression/identity and sexual orientation in Grades 3-5.
Research.
