Of course it is a choice. Inventing the gay gene was intended to normalize and desensitize homosexuality. It is an unnatural act - some things just weren't to belong in certain places.

I decided to do something radically different for my fiftieth birthday, so I became female, black, and lesbian, all at once.
I was afraid it would take some getting used to, but it was a breeze. I'm really glad I decided to be lesbian, though. I'm still not attracted in the least to men. That would have been the hardest part of the whole thing if I had decided to remain straight.

Just to let everyone know here, I at one time identified as being gay. I no longer hold that belief. I do believe that homosexuality is a product of nurture and environment and I do believe that there is alot of choice when it comes to this issue.
I don't believe that gays were born that way.
I believe in traditional marriage and I will help in any way possible to keep it that way.
That's right, people choose to be gay and be ridiculed and looked down upon.
Really though, I guess sex pheromones research showing attraction to the same sex is invalid.

Do you believe you can change\ increase brain cells? By getting more brain cell if you chose to. So if you are real dumb do you think it is because you didn't try hard enough? Chose to be dumb?
