Ok so from the OP I'm guessing birthers are now gonna start becoming Islamers, and accuse Obama of being a muslim. Seeing as how there is literally no way to prove one's religion, seems like the next logical choice for these lunatics.
Oh, that makes as much sense as telling a kid to ignore the bully. That puts the victim in charge of not only his own behavior but the bully's behavior to. And anyone who has ever been bullied knows goddam well that no bully went away because the victim attempted to ignore him. Instead, the bully became more empowered.
The whole birther phenomena would go away if the powers-that-be on the right told the birthers to put a sock in it, they're crazy talk is an embarrassment.

Truly the Right's ability to twist everything is waaay out of control. Some have been spinning and twisting so long and so hard that they've lost the ability to think rationally. It's getting embarrassing to others on the right who have, up to now, felt the need to stand up for their fellow conservatives. I talk to more and more conservatives who mumble and change the subject when certain topics come up. The rational thinkers are at their breaking point with the nutjobs.
