There is no doubt that the right wing is going to do violence. They always do when they don't get their way on everything. I predict that they will either blow up a building or kill a Congressman by Christmas.
BUT I also think they will make a "fatal error" in doing so. At that point the mood in the country will change and the government will move to declare the militia groups as terrorist organizations and start breaking them up and jailing their leaders. And they will finally tell the AM radio stations that these right wing talkers like Savage and Beck have to go if the station wants a license renewal because they are encouraging terrorism.
So we may see a good thing after all!

Robert, enough with Alinsky and the Rules for Radicals. The Rules are not leftist rules. Conservatives use them, too. Conservatives opposed to health care reform are using them. Get a clue, yourself.

It's everywhere and it's very sad. Whether you disagree or not with the stated opinions of others, they still have the right to spew it. That's what America stands for. Unfortunately, that part is lost on many folks.
Maybe we do like America for what it is. And we even like having you here. Because we think it's fair for everyone to have their say, even people who have very bad things to say. You have advocated the taking up of arms. You have specifically stated that resorting to violence is okay. And it isn't okay. It takes more than a willingness to die for your cause to grant you honor and integrity. The Patriot Act does scare me. But I'm not going to march on Washington and start shooting. Because fighting the good fight means living for your cause, means identifying your enemies who aren't necessarily the people who disagree with you, and for revealing the truth, not shutting up your opponents. No one is giving comfort to our enemies, but some of us see a complex world where the enemy isn't always who it appears to be.

If you want to talk about it being OK that it might come to that, if the majority of Americans feel that way, then it is OK. Majority rules and you will soon find that out next election.
Yes very true, but you are also putting too much faith in the fact that we have absolutely fair elections here, which we don't. The Franken election was fixed. If elections work, that's fine, if they don't another avenue will have to be explored. Let's all hope it only comes down to elections.
