If Insurance is required by law why aren't thos companies Utilities Regulated ass to how much they can earn

No, they should not be regulated as utilities.

As private companies, owned by their shareholders, they are entitled to make as much profits as they can.


As it stands now, each state has the authority to regulate / approve their premiums.

Keep government OUT OF BUSINESS

They are regulated, by each State. I'll skip the boring details.

And NO, they should not be regulated as if they were a utility. I don't know about your power company but Baltimore Gas and Electric is raping me more than any insurance company ever did!

shouldn't enviromentalist groups be removed from participating in any political function at all because they act more like a religion than a political activist group.

FYI,
insurance companies increase their profits by not paying americans when it's their turn to pay.

Increase profit = less people get health care

They already are like any other business.Otherwise keep teh governamnts hands off one of the most advanced fileds in teh world that has exended life beyond anyhting people would have believed.The governamnt can't evenb run a cash for clunkers progrsam well like most things. Its governamnt that needs regualted really has they are full of waste ;fraud and abuse.
