There is not one thing he has done or proposed that I agree with or is Constitutional. He should be impeached immediately along with Biden and Pelosi. I don't think the Country can wait untill 1012 for elections. At least Pelosi will probably be voted out in 2010.

He is doing what he needs to and trying to get things done (but has not been too successful.....)
It's most of the rest of the elected officials (from BOTH parties) that are failing.
But that's normal and is pretty much expected.
So he gets a "C+" and they get a "D-".
So just like just about every other president -- he is average.

1)Bailouts ( yeah I know Bush started it and yes he was wrong too! More reason for Obama NOT to expand on it!)
2) Supreme Court. President Obama has expressed his desire to see his Supreme Court nominees embrace “empathy” in their decisions and opinions. This is not what SC justices are sworn to uphold. Empathy is no where to be found in their oath.
3) The Czars. They report to no one but Barack Obama. They have far reaching powers and Congress cannot stop a single decision they make. What has happened to our egotistic Congress who has been so willingly hypnotised into giving up their grasp on EVERYTHING? So much for checks and balances. Yes other Presidents had Czars but no where to the extent of Obama.
5) Redistribution of Wealth. No more needs to be said. It just ain't anywhere to be found in The Constitution.
6) Health Care. Obama’s health care plan is unconstitutional. The first thing that comes to mind is his plan to pay for his health care plan by taxing the wealthy to pay for it. Redistribution of wealth is unconstitutional in America. Then there’s the fact that he plans to put private business out of business to achieve his goal, which is simply power over all of us.
7) Interpreting the Constitution as a “living, breathing” document
The only legal way to change anything the Constitution says is to amend it. The Constitution limits government, and to expand government, that expansion must be appropriate under the document.
I'll give him a 60% approval rating. Healthcare is important, although I don't like the bill is being batted around completly, its better than nothing. The economy is getting better, slowly, but I worry about the long term effects of the bail out, keeping companies alive that should have been allowed to fail is only prolonging the inevitable in my opinion.
Of course its like comparing a coke to a bottle of spit, when you look at the last President.
He can do things much better then he is, but we'll see what happens next year.

You think tossing people into prison for refusing to get government approved healthcare is better then nothing? A tyrannical government is better then nothing too, I suppose. Mao, Castro, Stalin, Chavez, all of them were better then nothing, I suppose.
