Sorry, America should not act like the countries we are "At war" with. I know you love the concept, but it is the antithesis of what America stands for.
Furthermore your argument, like most of yours, are based on your predictions of the future. Once again, I will not accept your version of the future as a legitimate point.
When the AG claims that the terrorists will be tried, but they will continue to stay in custody even if they are acquitted - that's not a mock trial?
The lengths to which the left will contort themselves in their pretzel logic is amazing.
I can't understand how this simple fact can be denied.
Yes, I still disagree. No "mock trials" sanrene.
Your enormous negative bias against Obama and everyone in his administration apparently leaves you with nothing to post other than over simplifications of issues and absurd BS. It is very easy for me to understand why YOU can't understand how YOUR simple prediction can be denied.
IF a "terroist" is tried, acquitted, and then our government continues to hold them, with no other charges are pending, come talk to us about it. Right now you're "predicting" what MAY happen in the future. There is absolutely no reason why I should have any confidence in your predictions.
We are a nation of laws with respect to our own citizens. We are not a nation of ass clowns devoted to some emotional sense of justice that is akin to hugging your bad seed child for murdering your next door neighbors good seed child. He just needs a hug and turn him loose and it will be o.k. I promise, my psych 101 teacher said so. What the hell is the matter with you people?
These head in the sky rainbow liberals in charge in the end will demonstrate their total lack of maturity and experience. They think they are putting Bush Cheney on trial and that is what this is really all about. These ass clowns are willing to jeopardize the whole of Americs security for their own narcissistic reasons. It will backfire. It is an example of they don't think past the point of sticking their Johnson in the wrong place and then its too late. They are going to stick their Johnson in and when it comes out it is going to have warts friend and no clean American is going to want to go near them ever again. Kaboom.
I am not going to say anything in this thread as this post is the absolute winner. One of the last sane people in this world IMO.

There is no reason to predict anything. Obama and holder have already told us what will happen if their mock trial ends in acquittal.
Attorney General Eric Holder has pledged not to allow the release of dangerous detainees in the United States if they are found not guilty in federal court or if their case is thrown out on a technicality.
There is no reason to predict anything. Obama and holder have already told us what will happen if their mock trial ends in acquittal.
Obama, being a FORMER attorney already screwed up this trial with his comments that they are already guilty and will get the death penalty.
He should have known better.
I thought you were innocent until proven guilty. Afterall, Plunk keeps telling us we are a nation of laws. So why did both Obama and Holder ruin the trial with their comments.
No wonder he was a horrible lawyer and went onto teach socialism in a college.
“Where we have legal detention authority, as the President has stated, we will not release anyone into the United Statesif doing so would endanger our national security or the American people,” Holder wrote. “There are a number of tools at the government’s disposal to ensure that no such detainee is released into the United States, all of which are currently being reviewed by the Special Interagency Task Force on Detention Policy...”
Do you see all the qualifications in that paragraph?
Certainly looks to me as if the statement is saying that no one will be released into THE UNITED STATES. The statements are not nearly as simple as you have made them seem.
