O'Reilly and Limbaugh directly compete with Olbermann in the sense that they all have their own daily shows (he used to be in the same time slot as O'Reilly, which made him direct competition)....Coulter has her own column and appears on TV often but, it's not like she competes with him with her own show. An interesting side note though, her first national TV appearance was with MSNBC when they hired her as a legal correspondent (long before Olbermann was hired there).
What does having ones own show have to do with anything? Rush compete with Olbermann? You have got to be kidding. Different medium, different target audience, different time slots. They both have daily shows is quite a stretch. Limbaugh and Coulter are among the easiest targets for WPotD because they say the most outrageous things playing to the right wing money. O'Reilly is there a lot because of the competition between Fox News and MSNBC (Olbermann use to beat O"Reilly in the most coveted demographic) but Bill makes it easy for Olbermann.

Although, out of all the news I watch...CNN, FCN, HLN, MSNBC as well as network and local news, MSNBC is the one I watch the least.
MSNBC has the least amount of news. Virtually all of their scheduled shows are commentary.

Rush doesn't with him for an audience/viewers/listeners....it's the criticism towards each other. Having your own show, means you're on the air all the time expressing your opinion, which gives Olbermann the opportunity to criticize you more for what ever you said. That's not the case with Coulter. She may say things for shock value more than the others but, she gets much lesss media exposure compared to O'Reilly, Limbaugh or even Hannity. They're not all on the air on a daily basis (whether it's taped or live)?.....when I say daily, I'm not talking about the Daily show on Comedy Central.

Out of curiousity, what is that coveted demograph?
