These stats keep getting repeated but the reality is the most abused children are the ones born into poverty regardless of race. Compare the crime percentages to the population percentages:

White:
Child Victimizers: nearly 70%
Population: 72.4%

They closely match.

Now, here's a problem...

Child Victimizers: over 25%

Blacks are victimizing children at 2 times the rate of what would be expected given their percentage of the population.
