Doesn't work that way. We don't have to counter an argument you haven't made yet. My goodness, good thing most people don't think like you do or else half of us would be in jail because we couldn't prove we didn't commit a crime while we were sleeping. Could you imagine the prosecution standing up and saying, "um, we've heard from some people that we don't know and can't find that you robbed a bank yesterday. Prove me wrong. Jeez you expect us to do the work for you?"

Then the prosecution acts condescending and superior for the rest of the trial - not realizing how much of an idiot he sounds like.

Do you have information to back up your own claims so I could actually offer up information that contradicts yours? Without any link to back up your claims, they are nothing more than opinion, thus nothing to contradict.

Are you planning on backing up your own wild claims?

I think it is prevalent everywhere....but maybe it's worse in upscale neighborhoods. Think about it this way, if you live in an impoverished area, would you want to rob/mug someone/break into cars there when chances are there won't be much bounty? Or would you rather head to where there may be better spoils. I lived in DC for years and car theft was worse in Georgetown than many areas and Georgetown is the wealthiest area in DC.....but violent crimes there were rare. Still anytime you live in a city you need to live smart and pay attention.
