Interesting. People are so used to information from the Internet that they consider it a priority over reality. What will happen next? Where (on whom) will this crowd then be set? It is unlikely that this convenient tool will be thrown out. Who will be destroyed later: you or your children? In addition to the power of information, a new kind of power has emerged: the power to control morals. Previously, everyone thought that "Big brother" would be hard to implement, but it turned out that people themselves crave it.

And coming from Russia, you will appreciate this, most of the people in the street are Communists. They want to eliminate property rights and they are very anti-capitalist. They're even skipping straight to the dictator stage by threatening anyone who does not comply with their ideology, it is an extremely authoritarian movement. The middle ground people are scared to speak against anything they say and they have people in all the major news outlets and dominate the universities

Peaceful protesters accidentally try to burn Mayor Weenie's condo building down.

March to Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler’s residence Monday declared riot as burning debris thrown into building . . .

They're calling for Wheeler's resignation. Sounds like the protesters and Trump have something in common.

Why even bother arresting these violent protesters"

From the article:

"......Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt has said his office won’t pursue demonstrators accused of interfering with police and disorderly conduct, among other charges, if the allegations don’t involve “deliberate’' property damage, theft or force against another person, or threats of force.

The office also won’t prosecute people on a riot accusation alone. Prosecutors will proceed with a riot case only if it includes an accompanying allegation of specific property damage or use of force, Schmidt said last month......"

Portland officials are enabling lunatics.

I don't live in Portland, but this can be an example for other mayors on what appeasement gets you.

29 arrests Sunday night. What happened to them: “Most arrestees had been released without bail by mid-day Monday.”

https://www.koin.com/news/protests/w...from-night-94/

Governor Kate Brown announced Sheriff's from surrounding counties will help Portland. She forgot to ask them ahead of time. They declined, essentially for the same reasons why the State Police originally pulled out: “Over the weekend, members of our associations were approached to assist with policing in the City of Portland. Unfortunately, due to the lack of support for public safety operations, the associated liability to agencies who would be assisting in Portland and the lack of accountability for those arrested committing criminal acts, we cannot dedicate our limited resources away from the communities we serve.”
https://www.koin.com/news/protests/b...land-violence/

After a Patriot Prayer member was murdered by Antifa, Gov. Brown managed to claim that White supremacists and right-wing groups are to blame for the violence. “I will not allow Patriot Prayer and armed white supremacists to bring more bloodshed to our streets.”

But she'll allow blm/antifa "to bring more bloodshed to our streets.”

Wow.

That is freaking pathetic!

Time to call in the National Guard or US troops and finally bring Law and Order to Portland. Otherwise it's not a fit city to live or do business with. Like I said before things have come to a head for Portland. Its current mess has been building for years.
