wait, how exactly did Pete Carol cheat at USC? If memory serves, it was Reggie Bush that brought that dynasty down (duck fan here, Reggie). Are you saying that he cheated simply because he was the coach...and the buck stopped there? I just see a great coach on both sides of the field..although one of them has been caught 2 times now with this hand in the cookie jar.

I just like our chances against this vaunted #1 defense, no matter what happened in the Green Bay game with 5 turnovers, or what happened with us losing to Green Bay.

I never said that. Only death and taxes is 100% for sure.
The Hawks have a better chance to win the SB because of their #1 defense.......defense wins championships.....that's all I have to say about it.
Previous games, opponents, statistics and rankings don't mean squat ... Vegas has the line set as a pick 'em, that says a lot. As with any other sporting event, the best team doesn't always win - execution and the fewer mistakes are going to win this game.
I'm pulling for New England and my numbers on the block pool. The Seattle team and it's fans are very unlikable.
