I love that. No BSing around. Bravo!
I let the tobacco go for the ecigs (so-called). Now my goal is to wean off the nicotine and then the ecigs.
Then to clean up my lungs and get them back.
All for 2014.
Unsettomati - You have inspired me with your quitting mid-cigarette.
With what I now know, my goal should be easy (don't know about the lungs yet).
