Are some men more successful than others? Is it way easier for some men? Sure.

But to suggest that this killer could not have improved his attractiveness to women is wrong. He needed mental help he wasn't getting. But at 22, it wasn't over for him.

it is now, because he committed a heinous act and then killed himself.
Doesn't it bother anyone looks and sex aside, this guy was clearly entitled? People who have a grandiose sense of entitlement are prone to mental disorders. When they don't get their way, they make the lives of others miserable. Isn't that the real problem here?

I think that his sense of entitlement and elements of grandiosity were maybe symptoms of his mental problems. I mean, at the end of his manifesto, he's calling himself a god. I think he was psychotic.

The ladies sure didn't think he was a god.

What you see in real life is not exactly a good basis for a scientific argument. I have never see this, and neither do many other people. Essentially you're seeing extraordinary things, which may or may not happen, but are certainly not the norm.

Certainly no one is suggesting this individual couldn't get a woman interested in him. He was average looking at they very least, but was quite mentally unstable which likely doomed him to the fate of a kissless virgin. Most kissless virgins, on the other hand, are completely normal and mentally stable people with normal personalities. Their only common flaw is their unfortunate looks.

Sure. He was probably a malignant narcissist, which is something shared by many killers, such as Eric Harris and Ted Bundy.

True, but I don't think he even tried, from the sound of it. He stood around wretchedly viewing and hating all the seemingly beautiful attached couples and unavailable blonde goddesses around him. Like others have said, that was his particular focus. If it wasn't that, he might have focused on political conspiracies or religion. He even said he wanted to kill his little brother in his manifesto, because he perceived that his little brother was so "successful" and would probably have the happy life that had eluded him....just crazy.

At that rate it probably wouldn't have made a difference for him to have more money, more looks or be more personable to women. People with these kinds of mental illnesses eventually reveal their true colors, and others run away far and fast. I've met people with these MIs...people should not engage in relationships with them.

Perhaps. And yet, a man with "unfortunate looks" can date and get married. It may not be any harder for him than for a man with great looks but paralyzing shyness.

He may or may not have tried. But even if he did, his mental illness would've prevented him from achieving any personal success.

If his videos reflect how he normally acted --- his affect and verbal output was very odd. He spoke like he was reading from a bad B-movie script. Even his facial expressions were strange. He would have come across as creepy to most people I think.
