Sometimes I forget to turn the seat warmers off in my car and don't notice they're still on until May.

My truck is in the shop. Still have a perfectly useful car in the garage, but I feel . . . naked.

Today, I almost cut my finger while peeling butternut squash. So hard.

Those foil sealed tops to spices and oils that don't have a bit of pull tab to get them to come off.

And using a knife to slice and pull only results in part of the foil seal sticking to the edges.

Argh!

The stamens on my lilies are discoloring the white petals and making them look not-so-fresh.

Going to the grocery store, standing in front of the olive oil section, where there are 25 varieties of olive oil, and my preferred brand is not there

Went out to grocer—it was madness. Stood in checkout for around 40 minutes.

Forgot to buy apples.

Every time I put something in the freezer I think "I know I should label this but nyahhhhh, I'll remember what it is and when I froze it." And of course I never do.

When I unthaw something, it's like the lottery. Some stuff, I wonder why I even bothered freezing it.
