I was out of the half & half I usually put in my coffee yesterday. Since I had to go to Walgreens to pick up a prescription, I figured I would just pick up some there. They only had liquid Coffee Mate and it made my coffee way too sweet.

I went hiking today, and attracted a bunch of different wild animals (a beaver, crane, baby ducklings, and several tiny colourful birds - wild animals seem to be relatively at ease/curious around me for some reason), but my dog and husband kept accidentally scaring them off.

My lawn in the back is about 1 1/2 feet tall because I need to go to Home Depot to get a new battery for my mower. I haven't really gone into a store since March so I have major anxiety. Now I have a few baby trees growing in the lawn as well! Nature always rebounds!

The Last Dance is over and I haven't found anything to get excited about when poring through the 100+ channels and various streaming services I subscribe to.

Finally got to my hair stylist yesterday for a long overdue trim. She added what was supposed to be a "few" highlights; meanwhile I look like a cross between a redhead and a blonde. My natural hair is dark brown.

It's hot so dinner will consist of a pb & jam sandwich followed by ice cream. It's healthful since the pb is natural, the jam is one of those Trader Joe's reduced sugar type, and the bread is organic, grassfed, gluten free whole grain something or other. The ice cream is real, not that "frozen dairy dessert" crap (which I'd probably eat anyway). I'd rather eat real food, but this will have to do.

Has anybody heard from Nicci6Squirrels. I noticed a post from here back in November and nothing since then. She was always so funny on here. I hope she/he is okay.

I finally got all the gel polish and acrylics off all of my nails except one. My hands have never looked this bad. At this point I'm debating if I want to continue with acrylics. I've gone 2 1/2 months without them, I work from home and have since last summer plus I save about $55-$110 a month since I went every 3 weeks.

I also have a battery operated lawnmower. It never cuts the front and back before crapping out. It takes me two days to mow my 80x125' lawn. I guess I could just buy another battery but then I couldn't complain. :-)
