I personally wouldn't worry too much about the friend aspect of it. The all make new friends anyway, even if their old friends go there too. They just all change so much when they out of elementary. I think the more important thing is to be able to stay in the same middle school once they start, wherever it is they are going. My DD is in high school and says she doesn't see any of her friends all day long!

Do you think that what is going on with the BOE has more to do with the dislike of Tedesco and Margiotta than the substance of what they are doing?
