A friend of mine said she recently watched a driver take two minutes to back in a parking place while six cars waited.

i think its pretty unacceptable it's objectively more time and turns to back into a spot vs backing out

I can maybe give you a pass if you come from a super agressive area and people dont let you out

That driver probably takes the same amount of time to pull in, so it is a wash....
