After reading around on their site, I discovered they have eliminated many stops. I wasn't aware that was happening so I am glad I checked.

Yes, the one nearest to us last year was removed. There's a message on there saying to fill out a customer service form if your child's stop is missing, so I filled it out and am now crossing my fingers that it gets re-added.

They moved/combined a lot of stops so if your closest one is missing, they probably moved it. They totally re-did the bus system this year (ours got nixed all together because we live within 1.5 miles.) It REALLY annoyed me to be given 1 week notice of a that significant of a change.

If they did axe ours the ironic part is the only one they kept in the neighborhood is closer/walking distance to the school.

they probably just moved your stop then. They pretty much got rid of all of the stops in my neighborhood and my stop was the closest to the school out of all of them (we were the last stop before the school).

I think it was pretty clear they a ere planning on doing this when they told people they would have to sign up for bus service if they were entitled but not currently using.
One thing they did this year that I like is they posted the afternoon routes.

We lost ours, too.

Our routes seem pretty non-sensical, including having to cross Maynard with no traffic light and low visibility multiple times.
