I'd actually like to have some of those places in Fayetteville. You can find some good food for a good value. This isn't gourmet or anything, but I'd love to have a Cheddars, Fazollis, Smokey Bones minus the shootings, or Texas Roadhouse/Logans.

I'm confused. You want these chains in Fayetteville? They're already there.

If you're saying you want them in the Triangle, you've got several Texas Roadhouse locations and a Logans in Garner. Plenty of bbq chains to compete with Smokey Bones. I've never even heard of cheddars.

I went to Fazoli's once. 'nuff said.

Fayetteville does have a few chain places that the Triangle doesn't have, like Joe's Crab Shack, Cheddars, Weiner Works, and a few others. Not all of them are bad, and the restaurants are mostly clustered together in the Skibo Rd, McPherson Church, Raeford Rd area, all within a few miles of each other. Going out to eat a big pastime in Fayetteville, there's not a whole lot else to do down there

Fayetteville also boasts a Mac's Speed Shop which is a small local chain but one I would love to see come to the triangle! Think it'd do great.

one of the best bubble tea places I've been to has been in Fayetteville (I think it was called "Lol"! LOL)

Mission BBQ and Fried Turkey Sandwich Shop are good spots I've been to as well.

Durham used to have a Joe's Crab Shack about 15 years ago (maybe more). It closed within a few months of having an employee with hepatitis announcement.

I went to Blackfin once about a year or two ago. I thought it a bit expensive for what it was.
