Yeah but what's in NH besides Target, JC Penny and mostly boutique-y places, it's not really an apples-to-apples mall comparison.

•Belk and Dillards stay, rest of the indoor mall becomes "North Hills" style mixed use outdoor retail/office/condo/apartments/restaurant
•2 hotels or 1 hotel and 1 office
