No, you're totally wrong. she's been an ******* in the company for a very long time. Everybody knows that. Many employees come and go in her group. Everybody knows that too. I'm just one of them. It's not that I don't like her, it's that she's not likable. Lots of complaints have been there. I just chose the wrong boss.
Yet she's been the one there for a very long time, and you got canned after 2 months. Generally people doing a bad job at work dont stay there for a very long time.

Can anyone here recommend a particular attorney or law firm here in the triangle that specializes in this type of law?

Good luck trying to find an attorney that will even take this "case". They won't touch it unless they think they can win compensation through mediation negotiation or court trial which is usually how they make their money.

I finally found a lawyer who is willing to represent me on this case. She’s gonna file a claim for me.
She’s gonna file claims for age discrimination, race discrimination, nation of origin discrimination and retaliation towards my complaints.
I feel much better now.

At 600/hr, I'm pretty sure she's happy to file anything you want to make you feel better.
OTOH, therapists only charge $200/hr to make you feel the same way.
