Someone told me they are building a movie theater on 55 between Holly Springs and Apex, down a little bit past where the McDonalds/Holiday Inn Express is. Anyone know anything about this? It's about a 15 minute drive to Beaver Creek from Holly Springs and a theater closer would cut off about 8 minutes. I could have also swore they said they are building another Wal-Mart there, but I could have been dreaming.
I drove by there yesterday and it seemed to me like they were building something that resembled a theater.

I had read on Holly Springs website that the Target and Lowe's were going to be next to Walmart. Is that where you saw the new building or was it further up 55 closer to Apex? I'm looking forward to having more stores closer to us although the drive to Beaver Creek is an easy one.
The Target is going to be at the corner of Hwy 55 Bypass and Holly Springs Rd...I can't remember if I heard the theatre would be by Target or Wal-Mart but I know it was one of the 2....

Actually it is Hwy 55 and New Hill Road and thier is a wal-mart going in at US 1 and Hwy 55. The Hampton and lowses are going at the existing wal-mart now on Hwy 55.
The Movie theater will be at the target if they do it but right now itr is just talk and they have signed for one in west cary:

I am shocked that there is going to be a new Target (and for that matter a Wal-mart and Lowes). They seem awfully close to the Target, Lowes in Beaver Creek and the new Holly Springs Wal-Mart. It would be nice to get some different stores.
