We're looking for possibly buying a washer, dryer and tv. We've been to HHGregg, Best Buy, Lowes, and Sears and are comparison shopping. I just wondered if there are other alternatives, perhaps local, smaller businesses that I could shop. we always try to stay local/small as much as possible.

Thanks.

We buy most of our appliances from Jeffrey's TV and Appliance on Capital Blvd.

Just purchase stove, micro & frig - from Garner TV & App. in the BJ's shopping center in Raleigh - great price and super knowledgeable staff. They are not open on Sundays. All price's you see are list not what you pay. HHGregg can kiss my @#$.

Jeffrey's or Garner TV and Appliance are the two best.
My last purchase was at Jeffrey's-I bought a Kitchenaid Refrigerator from them for $500 less than the displayed price at Lowes. They delivered on short notice and did an exceptional job of getting the unit in the house and placed properly (no floor or doorjamb damage, etc.).
Jeffrey's gets my business next time I need any major appliance.

Thank you so much! This is exactly what I wanted. We need so much--but the W/D makes sense to get now since ours are 10+ years old and are anything BUT energy efficient.
