I love the house that I looked at, not sure if its the old or new one. But best wishes on a speedy, no hassle sale.

It's a lovely house! I'm sure a nice family will snap it up!

Congratulations, it should go quickly.

Kathryn where are headed? Staying in Texas?

Good luck, you know the market is crazy there now! If only we waited a year to sell ours!

Yup. Would go for much more in the NJ 'burbs. And you'd get the NJ taxes right along with it, lol.

Lovely house. I like that the front has so much style. It's not a box.

Good luck with the sale!

It’s a beautiful house. It would sell for at least double here. We are putting our house on the market Friday. A professional photographer comes tomorrow. It’s only 1400 sq ft and built in 1950. It’s listing for 400k. It’s a great neighborhood and prices are crazy with a hot market and not enough houses for sale. I am in the process of buying a condo. Looking forward to starting my new life.
