This sounds great. I've been looking for a new way to do chicken. I'm trying it sometime this week!

Default A Delicious Meal!!

Hi Nic,
I made this for dinner tonight and we really enjoyed it! In fact, I thought I made enough for 2 dinners but there's barely enough left for lunch tomorrow Thanks for the recipe! A very nice change from my typical lazy woman's meal, throw some pototoes and chicken in a pan and sprinkle with garlic salt. The same old drab meal I usually make...

I'm glad you enjoyed it Palenaka! I was also surprised at how much my family liked it when I first made it - and how much of it dissappeared!

I finally tried this for dinner last night and wish I'd done it sooner. My husband & I loved it! It will definitely be on the menu more often.

I was at a grocery store today, saw red potatoes, and immediately thought of this recipe. So I got some. I didn't remember how much it called before, but I got a bunch, and figured that I'd have everything else to make this dish. Right? Wrong. I don't have rosemary.

Soooo... I could go get rosemary. But I don't want to. What would you substitute for the rosemary? WAIT! You'll name something that I don't have. Could I use herbs de province instead of rosemary?

I have most of the ingredients on hand...I think I will make this tomorrow!

Here's another very good, fairly easy chicken recipe:
Chicken Cobbler Casserole Recipe | MyRecipes.com

Using sourdough is a must...I've made this a few times and once without sourdough, not the same at all. Also instead of the red peppers in a jar, I used vari-colored peppers, chopped and roasted (orange, yellow, green, red) which made the dish really visually attractive.
