My husband wanted an air fryer, so I checked them out. Turns out, they're small convection ovens, so I got a countertop model big enough to cook two pizzas. I use it to bake bread, cookies, casseroles. I haven't used the full sized oven since I got this.

Hubby hasn't used it at all, just like the Instant Pot he bought a year ago.

Made some chips out of the tortillas I made for pizzas, fajitas, and tacos.

1. Coat the tortilla with some oil.
2. Sprinkle seasonings.
4. Cut tortilla into chips.
3. Put in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 370 degrees. No preheating needed.

Eaten with homemade fire roasted salsa.

Often I put in frozen hotdogs or sausages. I prefer using a lower temperature (350 degrees) to avoid burning the food. The cook times give me the perfect cook that my family likes.

While the sausages or dogs are cooking, I can get the meal ready.

I cut onions/peppers, toast the rolls, prep the sides, drinks, etc.
This is the air fryer I just bought. Love it! Made chicken tenders, and burgers.

Try brats and freezer fries. Asparagus with a bit of olive oil, salt, lemon juice comes out nicely.

Brussel Sprouts are also nice sliced with a bit of olive oil.

Cut carrots mixed with a TBS Maple Syrup, is great for picky eaters.

brussel sprouts - great idea! Will try that soon. Are they in season right now?

Still in season, but available year round. Just make sure to get them all the same size, and prep them before cooking.
