You know, the zip code search is very goofy! I'm not sure how they determine the radius... I usually use 10 or 12 in searches since they're in the center of town. If I go with my zip, I get people from Sierra Vista, which makes me think I'm not getting those IN town!

jordan-I just expanded my search to the Phoenix area and though much more of those guys seem more like what I'm looking for, none of them are looking for anyone more than 20-50 miles of where they live so I'm beginning to feel like this site is pointless. but hey, I"m going out tonight, maybe I'll meet another closed minded but cute country boy...joy.
Funny thing is that last night I checked the "who viewed me" section and noticed this cute guy. He had checked my profile couple of times and did not do/say anything. So, I clicked on his and really liked what I read. I also noticed that he was in the middle of a book I had recently read so I sent him an email letting him know that he'd enjoy the book and what I thought of it. I saw his reply this morning, he even asked me a few questions about myself . I wonder if some men don't do anything because they are just shy or think we won't reply so why bother.
I always see women on the sites that I would be interested in emailing I honestly hardly ever bother though because I just assume they'll never write back. Even when I meet their criteria. It gets really old never getting replied to.

it never hurts to try. she's probably like one of us girls wondering why you don't want to email us.
so, very odd thing. I got 5 emails in the past 2 days. I only responded to 2 though but that's an improvement. Not sure what caused the jump but I guess I'll take it.
