Honestly, most girls my age just don't seem mature enough to be called a women. There are few females around 30 at my work that I could prefer to as being women as sign of respect rather than a girl. They show the maturity I would expect from women older than 40 or so. And funny thing I do get along with women quite easily and always found women over 30 easier to talk to than girls.
However, most young girls (20-30) just don't seem as mature as women over 40 and seems like aren't ready for a family either. Though they aren't as bad as in high school a lot of them seem to quite a few issues. Most definitely couldn't see myself married to one of them and even dating them seems like troublesome. In fact, sometimes I swear any young women (20-30) worth marrying are already married!
