I've had relationships with different women over the years, many of whom were asian. So I'll say that some of the reasons you have are valid, but it's not that simple. I'll give you my input in UPPER CAPS.

THEY WILL PLAY THE FEMINIST CARD WHEN IT'S TO THEIR ADVANTAGE OR PLAY THE TRADITIONAL CARD WHEN IT'S TO THEIR ADVANTAGE. MOST ARE MORE PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE AND IF THEY WANT SOMETHING THEY WILL NOT BE OVERLY FORWARD WITH YOU. THEY WILL WORK YOU SLOWLY TO ACHIEVE THEIR OBJECTIVE. THERE ARE OVER A DOZEN DIFFERENT MAIN ASIAN CULTURES AND TO GROUP THEM ALL INTO ONE 'ASIAN CULTURE' DOES NOT SAY A WHOLE LOT. SOME TRADITIONS ARE GOOD, SOME ARE RETARDED (FROM FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE). NEED TO GET TO KNOW THE GIRL AND HER CULTURE.

ALSO DEPENDS ON THE LANGUAGE, SOME ARE EXOTIC, SOME DON'T SOUND TOO NICE PHONETICALLY FOR WESTERNERS.

MANY AMERICAN BORN ASIANS ARE NOT AWARE OF THEIR DEEP ROOTED CULTURES, SOME ARE. I THINK WHAT YOU ARE BUYING INTO IS BASED ON PERCEPTION AND NOT FACTS. IF YOU WANT TO FIND SOMEONE WHO REALLY UNDERSTANDS BOTH CULTURES VERY WELL THEY TYPICALLY NEED TO BE AN ASIAN IMMIGRANT WHO HAS SPEND A GOOD PART OF THEIR ADULT LIFE IN ASIAN PRIOR TO LIVING IN N.AMERICA.

I think your best thing is to make more asian friends (male and female) to see what the culture and people are really about. If your attractions are more physcial, it's best to be aware of it and not throw your marriage away over some urges or preceived benefits of being with asian women. Who knows maybe you really are into asian culture and people, but you need to examine the reasons why.
From my person views, I've had nothing but awesome experiences with the asian friends that i've met / had over the years. Like any race, I get rid of the trouble makers and focus on quality people / relationships. The asian women whom I've been involved with were all awesome and the ....we'll pm if you have anyother questions. don't want to digress too much and want to keep this an family oriented forum
