LOL.... Shopping for clothes at Sears in the suburbs? This is like looking for hotties in the Walmart accessory aisle. Try some boutiques or, IDK, the Michigan Ave. Neiman Marcus for a change of scenery. I didn't say that there are more 50 y.o. hotties then 20 y.o. hotties, just that they do indeed exist which I think a few people on this thread find unbelievable.
I'm about your BFF's age, 6'4, educated, successful and experienced with a few wrinkles. If she's as good as you say, please send her to TX. Aussies and Texans have a lot in common.

They don't look as good as the 21 year old contestants in a Miss Nevada contest... Granted they look good for their AGE; VERY good for their age, however, not as "hot" as the early 20'somethings you see in the Miss NV pageants....

I looked at young Miss Nevada photo shots (2012 Miss Contestants) , and the main thought that came to mind, was: They all look like clean slates where Life will have to write its story.
In other words, I cannot compartmentalize the looks alone. I see the personality in an older person, or the absence of life experiences in a younger person. The absence of sufficient life experiences may make for a long journey ahead for her and her companion. The learning curve ahead of them makes these young faces less appealing.

Life experience in someone's face is called AGING. Blank slate = youth. Majority of people find youth more attractive. I personally do not think that life experience makes someone more PHYSICALLY APPEALING.
